First public release of the Quavsit API at https://api.quavern.net/v1.

• Launch networks: tbm (TBM, Bordeaux), tisseo (Tisséo, Toulouse), idfm (Île-de-France Mobilités), sncf (SNCF trains), star (STAR, Rennes), tam (TaM, Montpellier), rla (Lignes d'Azur, Nice), ilevia (Ilévia, Lille).
• Endpoints: networks, lines, stops, departures, vehicles, alerts, nearby merges, places (stops and BAN addresses), journeys, usage, status, health.
• Streams over SSE for departures and vehicles on paid plans.
• Journeys from native planners (IDFM, SNCF, Tisséo) and from the Quavsit router for the other networks; one network per journey.
• Plans: Free, Pay as you go, Starter, Pro, Max, Enterprise; keys on myQuavern.
